The Journey Continues...

As my family and many of my friends and clients know, I have a passion for living as whole and healthy a life as possible.  In pursuit of this passion, I am constantly on a quest to find foods, plants, herbs and supplements to reach this goal allowing me, my family, friends and clients to live life at an optimum level.

The development of my Balance Bodyworks Aromatherapy Blends was a step towards achieving this goal.  I firmly believe that many of our daily challenges can be addressed through natural foods, plants and essential oils. In talking with many of my family and friends, there were several common issues that I heard.  From my own experience and those of my friends, my 6 aromatherapy blends were created. 

To this end, I have continued to be on the lookout for resources that can further improve my health and the health of my friends, family and clients.  My newest discovery is a company called Beyond Organic, their herbal supplements called Terrain and their Suero Cleanse. What I like so much about this company is their stringent organic farming practices and their goal of improving not only our health but our environment.  They utilize fair trade practices and give back to the community through outreach, meal programs and the company is in the process of building a children’s home (www.beyondorganicfoundation.com). I believe these products will truly address a number of ongoing concerns I consistently hear about and personally experience such as:
